Bicycle Storage

Queen’s Park West offers a secure bicycle storage room in the south east corner of the underground parkade level for people who work in the building. All users must be registered with our office. Access is provided upon request.

Wall mounted bicycle racks are provided in the bicycle room. While the door to the bicycle room is locked at all times, we require that all bicycles be locked to the rack with a high quality lock.

We cannot be held responsible for damage to of theft of bicycles and bicycles are left at the owner’s risk. Bicycles may not be left overnight.

Showers

Queen’s Park West has one private shower facility, located directly adjacent to the bicycle storage room in the south east corner of the underground parkade. The shower room is private, lockable, and is available for use by people who work in the building. All users must be registered with our office. Lockers are also provided in bicycle room adjacent to the shower room. Users may use their own lock to secure their things. Lockers may not be locked for a long period of time and locks must be removed at the end of each week for cleaning. The lockers are for all the shower and bicycle room users and should not be monopolized. The use of the shower facility is also at the user’s sole risk. We will not be held responsible in any way for personal or bodily injury, or for any damage to or theft of any articles left in the shower and locker room.

Outdoor Patio

Queen’s Park West features a roof top outdoor patio for use by all tenants of the building. Access to the patio is by way of the west exit stairwell and via card access at the roof. The patio will be open seasonally and tables and chairs will be provided for you and your staff to utilize on lunch breaks etc. You may also reserve the patio for a private BBQ or luncheon for your staff. Parking

Parking is available in the secure underground parkade of Queen’s Park West and availability is based on the agreement in your particular lease. Typically, on-site parking can be provided at a ratio of 2 stalls per 1,000 s.f. of rentable area of your premises. Additional parking may also be available at the adjacent Westminster Centre parkade. Access to the Queen’s Park West parkade is via a security gate at the north end of the P1 Westminster Centre parkade. Customer parking is available in the 12 parking stalls off the lane on the south side of the building. Unauthorized vehicles parked in these stalls will be towed without notice at the vehicle owner’s risk and expense.
