Queens Park West offers flexible floor plates of just under 7,000 square feet. This makes the building ideal for small and medium size companies. We can accommodate tenant as small as 600-800 s.f.
The centre core design of the floor plate allows great elevator exposure for all tenants of the building. Companies could potentially also enjoy the ability to include the floor lobby in their reception area if they occupy a full floor.

Queens Park West was designed to merge both traditional and ultra-modern finishes in one building. The main lobby, elevator interiors and elevator lobbies on each of the floors are a contemporary design with high quality modern materials including limestone, wood paneling, exotic hardwood stairs, glass & stainless steel railings, drywall ceilings and recessed lighting. In contrast, the office levels are finished with traditional operable wood windows, full height stain grade wood suite entry doors, wall sconce lighting, classy carpeting, coffered ceilings, and brick veneer from the exterior wrapping around the interior columns of the spaces. It is a very unique design that respects the both the traditional heritage values of the Queens Park neighborhood and contemporary office design.
Views are enjoyed from most floors in the building. In particular, the north and east sides of the building offers views of the north shore mountains. On the higher floors views south and west are also fantastic with Mount Baker and the Fraser River.
Enjoy our 4th floor outdoor patio for lunch and coffee breaks, or perhaps even a company barbecue. The patio is accessible via card readers from the west stairwell.
