Queen’s Park West is owned and managed by Uptown Property Group, a division of UPG Property Group Inc.

UPG Property Group Inc. owns and manages several prominent retail and office buildings in the Vancouver area. Through its affiliates, the company has been active in commercial real estate in Vancouver since 1987.

The owner is the manager

We manage the buildings we own. Our tenants deal with directly with the owner — there is no third party management company or absentee owner. We are on site at each of our properties on a daily basis.

What We Do

We meticulously look after the building with care and pride. We provide first class property management services to our tenants. We provide building engineering, maintenance, and janitorial services with our own staff. We strive to exceed our tenants’ expectations.
